Separate I-130 for each person (spouse and child)?

I'm a permanent resident as of 7/2010. I want to petition for my wife and two kids (7 yrs and 6 months) who are in my home country.

The marriage took place after I got the green card when I went back to visit.

Do I need separate I-130 forms for each or can I place them all on one?

this next one might be tricky.....
I also, have an 8 yr old child with another woman (we were never married), is there any hope for a green card for him?
