    usc and canadian married in canada in 2008. came back to u.s. canadian's tn turned in when job here was lost in late 2008. usc lives here. canadian lives back in canada. can he get a b2 and come back to wife and then they file i-130 and i-485, or better to file i-130 only and process in canada?

      No, getting a b2 would be fraud, and any application to adjust denied.

      Better to enter as a Canadian, and adjust.
