I have only seen couple of references of cross-changeability online. Could someone tell me is there is such a thing? and if so how does one go about obtaining such benefit?

      Cross-Chargeability:

If you are born in UK, and you are a citizenship of another, then your visa number will be charged to UK and not to the country of your citizenship.
This is what you want to know.

The question is I was born in a country impacted by visa retrogression, could I get around that if my wife was born in a country not impacted. In order words, could we use the visa quota of her country of origin. I have seen this breiefly mentioned in another forum, but was surprised this is not brought up by people if it is true.

          Answer my questions please.

          1. Your Country of Birth?
          2. Your travel document/Passport from?
          3. Your Wife's Country of Birth
          4. Her travel doucument/passport from?

In the law they have many inter-connected para's which need to be link to one another, that only refer to the above four questions.
INA, CFR, and Fams all this three has some links with you question.
