Need some advice

My mum who is a USC petition fr me & my family in yr 2001.I rcvd d USCIS notice of approval on Jan 2005.I guess I hv to wait fr another 3 yrs based on the visa bulletin.My eldest daughter is 17 this year.Would my eldest daughter be allowed to follow me if she turns 21 before my priority date turn current.Thanks!! Would really appreciate some advice from you guys.God bless.
