I don't know much on H1B visa but I think the better option is I140. It may take awhile but it will be worth it in the end. It takes about 6 months for approval of the I140

If u are a foreign graduate nurse, do u have a CGFNS certificate? and have you taken a TOEFL-TSE and passed? these are requirements for a foreign nurse to go to the U.S or If u have atleast 5-10 years experience with specialty in Nursing field, then that may help you get to U.S through H-1B.

I have CA RN Lisence, have had it for over one year now. I don't need toefl as I am from the U.K. I have bachelos degree and specialise in hemodialysis. I've been waiting for one year now for approval from VSC, it's taking forever as I have an incompetent attorney and some lazy ******* immigration officer processing my case.

We are interested in recruiting Nurses who are already CGFNS cleared for leading hospitals in USA.

same here, my lawyer is also incompetent and I wonder how they passed the BAR exam. whats worst, I have paid him full for my case and he already screwed up with the filing. Also I have to remind him again and again about my case, it seems to me that he's not fully aware of my case. He is such a bad news.

Actually, your all wrong. Your attorneys are all competent for what they do. They have your money and that is #1 to pass the bar. Now that they have all your money or a good size retainer. If they get a few minutes between their next victum. They just might look at your case while moving your file to the back or dorment files. I feel for all of you. It is really to bad that we have to have anything to do with them. But then we have to remember that the future people who will be making and passing new laws are lawyers.

I wish I can add my opinion about my lawyer as well but thank God after long wait my I140 has been approved but as slow as they are, they don't clarily answer your question. Time and again I keep asking simple question and at the end of the day I find out answer from other sources.

Any way good luck to you guys with your hardship as mine is alos still not over as since my approval and submission of immigration fees to NVC I have not heard what to expect next, if anyone know about it please let me know.

I have a friend who is a nurse, entered the US on Visa Waiver and has overstayed therefore is now out of status, is there any way that he could get a job in the US as nurse and get sponsorhip for green card?
