  • US citizen immigrating to another country?

Hi, we have an I-130 pending. My husband is from Mexico. If things don't work out, then we are going to have to live there. I'm looking into it just in case. It's always good to have a plan B Is there anyone that knows where I can get information on immigrating to Mexico? Will I be able to legally work there since I am married to a Mexican citizen? What forms will I have to fill out and where can I obtain them? Could my husband apply for me at the Mexican Consulate? Please advise if you know of any informative websites. Thanks

It would be better for you that your husband sponsors you for permanent residency in Mexico. You are USC, I don't think there will be any problem for your husband to be with you in the United States.
      Good luck.

You can do either one. If you want to research Mexican immigration, then you can start with your nearest Mexican Consulate or an emigration firm.
