      O,Great Senator Uzamere !!!

Methinks there are too many blind bigoted immigrants who for the next two generations, at least, will consistently vote Democratic as they are totally deceived by the self-destructive rhetoric and really have stupidity to think that all their woes are of Tea Party activists' origin.

It is therefore imperative that before these followers of Mel Gibson further multiply on our soil the drastic measures be taken, and as one practically effective and cost-efficient solution i suggest to drop from skies without parachutes as many planeloads of these bigots as possible and in as speedy fasion as possible.

Cooperation of Mr Goodluck Jonathan in this matter is of utmost importance !!!
Please ,Senator, send me PM so we can discuss all details ASAP !!!

      Yours incredibly very truly ,

Excellent question. Yes I am an expert on Negroes and can answer all Negro questions. All Negro Democrats are fundamentally corrupt and unethical.

First, why would any Negro be a Democrat ?

Democrats supported slavery, the civil war, the KKK, welfare-slavery, housing project-slavery, Civil Rights Act slavery, massive unemployment for blacks under Obama, unending race and class warfare that exploits negroes for the benefit of white Democrats, drugs, AIDS, abortions that disproportionally murder negro babies, massive crime in negro neighborhoods. This is the fact; no sugar coating can hide the incredibly ugly history of the Democratic Party from its inception to its present day holocaust of negro people. They even took away our racial identity of "negro" and called us "African Americans".

Any Negro that supports the Democrat Party is fundamentally corrupt at the core. All self-respecting Negros are proud to be in the party of Abraham Lincoln and Ronald Reagan. The party that freed them from slavery and socialism.

Obama to Young Africans: We Support You, 'but We Can't Do it for You'

                      excerpts from article:

Yet for all the president's efforts to reassure the audience of the solidity of U.S.-African partnership on key issues -- global health and economic interests, for example -- the main message was clear: Africa's future rests in Africa's hands. For some of the most urgent and pressing concerns plaguing the continent, Obama minced no words. "We are rooting for your success, and we want to work with you to achieve that," he said, "but we can't do it for you."

Asked about the situation in Zimbabwe, where President Robert Mugabe's brutal policies have left the country a virtually failed state, Obama would only say, "I'm heartbroken when I see what's happened in Zimbabwe . . . The human rights abuses, the violence that's been perpetrated against opposition leaders I think is terrible." But as for measures the United States might take to loosen Mugabe's grip on the country, the president would only offer continued sanctions -- now in their seventh year -- as a solution. "We have very little leverage other than saying, if there are just systematic abuses by a government, we are not going to deal with them commercially, we're not going to deal with them politically, in ways that we would with countries that are observing basic human rights principles," he explained.

In conflict-ridden Somalia, where Muslim extremists have plunged the country into violence and begun recruiting terrorist factions, Obama was even less committal. "I don't think anybody expects Somalia anytime in the next few years to suddenly be transformed into a model democracy," he said. "But certainly what we can do is create a situation where young people are not carrying around rifles, shooting each other on the streets." Yet as to how, precisely, the United States would assist in that mission, Obama was opaque. "Some of it is financial, some of it is developmental, some of it is being able to help basic infrastructure. In some cases, we may try to find a portion of the country that is relatively stable and start work there to create a model that the rest of the country can then look at and say, this is a different path than the one that we're taking right now."

On Sudan -- where President Omar al-Bashir is wanted by the International Criminal Court for genocide and crimes against humanity -- and the Democratic Republic of Congo -- where violence against women has earned the country the dubious moniker of the "rape capital of the world," the president was mum.

Instead of wading into the thicket of human rights, corruption and repression, Obama chose to focus on simpler metrics of stability and progress. "When I was born, Kenya per capita might have been wealthier than South Korea," he said. "Now it's not even close. That's 50 years that was lost in terms of opportunities." Looking out on the audience of young leaders gathered before him, the president warned, "Fifty years from now, when you look back, you want to make sure that the continent hasn't missed those opportunities as well." Precisely how to do that, it appears, will be up to the Africans themselves.

Obama Signs Fair Sentencing Act, Reducing Disparity in Cocaine Penalties

In what has become a rare event in Washington these days, a strongly bipartisan bill made its way to the president's desk for his signature on Tuesday. The Fair Sentencing Act, sponsored by Sens. **** Durbin (R-Ill.) and Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.), reduces the disparity in sentencing between crack and powder cocaine possession. Under the previous, 25-year-old law, possession of five grams of crack resulted in a mandatory minimum prison sentence of five years. The same sentence applied to those convicted of trafficking 500 grams of powder cocaine -- a 100-to-1 disparity. Under the new law, the disparity is reduced to 18-1 as the five-year mandatory sentence will now apply to those caught with 28 grams -- or one ounce -- of crack. (The regulations on powder cocaine possession will not change.)

According to the Washington Post, "crack offenders once faced a 10-year mandatory minimum for carrying 10 grams of the drug; the same penalty would not kick in for a powder-cocaine suspect unless caught with 1,000 grams." Under the new law, a 10-year prison term would be handed down for possession of 280 grams of crack or more. The law also repeals the five-year mandatory minimum for first-time possession of crack. This is the first time since the Nixon administration that Congress has repealed a mandatory sentencing law.

The previous sentencing guidelines, enacted during the peak of the crack boom in the mid-1980s, were widely recognized as unfairly targeting African-Americans; 81 percent of those convicted for crack possession are black, while whites and Hispanics were more often found in possession of powder cocaine.

Though Durbin initially wanted to end the disparity completely, in order to gain passage a compromise was made to allay the concerns of those who said crack has a more immediately addictive effect and more quickly devastates the user physically than does powder cocaine. Higher levels of violent crime are also associated with crack abuse

Though Durbin initially wanted to end the disparity completely, in order to gain passage a compromise was made to allay the concerns of those who said crack has a more immediately addictive effect and more quickly devastates the user physically than does powder cocaine. Higher levels of violent crime are also associated with crack abuse.

Proponents for the Fair Sentencing Act, including Families Against Mandatory Minimums advocacy group President Julie Stewart, called its passage "deeply rewarding" but cautioned that the battle for equity was not yet done. In a statement Tuesday, she called on Congress to "Finish the job on crack reform and apply the law retroactively. . . . When Congress acknowledged that crack penalties were flawed, they rightly corrected them going forward, and now must provide due relief to those already in prison serving stiff sentences for crack violations."

On a serious note: you bet Obamas policies are infinitely better than those of Mrs. Palin would be.

The initial harsh penalty was instituted by Rockfeller, in order to rid NYC of crack users.
The same people who advised Rockfeller have recently realized that penalty was just too harsh and didn't work too well, since too many real first time offenders got caught and made into harden criminals as a result of long mandatory sentenses.

Few years ago there was a speech on S-SPAN by SCOTUS Justice Anthony Kennedy, hardly a "Liberal" Justice appointed by Repub. President and considered to the right of center, where he eloquently spoke in support of changing this policy that takes away power of discretion from him when he clearly sees that punishment far outweighs the crime.

No matter what you say or what position you hold, you can't deny that Rockfeller Republicans are men of senses who will try to be rational in choice of policy and if errors made will try to eventually remedy them.

It is the Moderate Republican Administration that we have. It is in that context that any speech or policy of the administration should be viewed and not in the context of what the color of the skin of one or another of it's representative is.

It has never been the goal or purpose of Moderate or Rockfeller Republicans to go to extreme lengths and sacrifices like Bob Kennedy would to help African Americans, let alone the whole continent of Africa.
They won't do even as much as Clinton would, had she been elected a President, but aside from not doing anything of extraordinary assistance they also refrain from doing unesessary damage and destruction.

See what will happen when Palin comes. Mr. Uzamere will have a field day, Hee-Hee
