  • National Visa Center

I had immigrant visa interview in Ciudad Juarez but was unable to immigrate because my father did not make enough money.

My visa application was cancelled and now I want to reapply.

What do I need to do to let the Ciudad Juarez or National Visa Center know that I want to reappy?

You have to restart all over again.Your previous approved immigrant petition is now gone and there is nothing you can do at this point.
You should have done all possible means to make your chanc of a lifetime possible.

It is actually a lot faster to make a phone call to the NVC. If you email them it takes about 2 weeks for a reply. However if you decide to email you must follow these instructions. By Email:The NVC’s e-mail address is NVCINQUIRY@state.gov.

E-mail is the NVC’s preferred method of communication.
Note: Use your personal e-mail account to contact the NVC. If you click on the email address above and your computer does not automatically connect to your personal email, copy and paste the above e-mail address into an e-mail using your personal e-mail account.
In order to ensure a prompt response:
          • Enter your NVC Case Number or USCIS Receipt Number in the Subject Line of the e-mail.
          • Provide the applicant’s name and date of birth and the petitioner’s name and date of birth.
          • If the petition is employment-based, include the employer's company/organization name.
          • Provide the attorney of record’s name, law firm and address (if applicable).
