I have been notified today that the BIA is going @ a very fast speed to eliminate the backlog of the cases at their level at a VERY VERY scary rate. Yhat the average case is taking 'em less than 15 minutes to amend on it, and the rate of winning cases is down to about 5%.
Can anyone comment on this, Please!!!
