dont know what he said, but i know my brother and his situation. they came here and stole from him. he is working on it for years now. he just got witnesses to prove they tricked him. the settlement atty. and the mortgage lender.
There's a way to view his posts (I'm still not convinced you are his brother, but, oh well). Find a post by DCWTECH, click on his name and select View Forum Posts (or something like that). He started off okay here, but turned into a real whacko - his own doing.

too many USC ids here. anyway my brother has suffered alot. i noticed his changes, mood etc. those people should be imprisoned for what they have done. my brother helps everyone. too trusting, but he didn't deserve to meet those people.
My USC id was first - lol! Well, if you truly are his brother, help him. Because he's in a downward spiral. He because abusive on this forum to posters who didn't deserve it. Thus, the posters returned the favor. There are very few people on this site who are 'horrible'. But, when personal attacks begin against a certain race, culture, etc., there are many of us here who will come to defend.
i came to see what there is to see here on my day off, i got attacked right away. his id or not. seems extensive. everyone has been helping as much as possible. the system where we live has alot of problems. i think is more the system causing the damage personally.
You were attacked because they thought you were him. He caused alot of damage here and you are suffering the consequences. He hurt many feelings and was not sensitive to the fact that no one here is to blame for his unfortunate situation. He made generalizations about all Filipinas - then included immigrants across the board. You should go back and read some of his posts. It may give some insight on how troubled your brother really is (if you can decipher what he said).

i read alot. but my bro. is not racist. his best friend is filipino. and he visits elderly philippines couple 2 times a month. takes them vegetables from the garden. and sometimes out for dinner. i dont think his best friend even knows them? he has had 4 or 5 filippino girlfriends i know of and i think still talks to one of them online ym in the philippines.
our family does not believe in prejudice.
