USCIS is the most silly organization I have ever seen. Why do they keep coming up with these 'smart'ideas that just make things brighter than they really are?
Why dont they first solve the issue of backlog cases? These people raised fees by $55 for all applications this year under the guise of making processing faster and there has been little or no change in processing. They said they would add more staff when they went to the govt to get the hike approved.Did they?
They are just doing what we call lapping in accounting. Thats where you keep swithching the position of things and pretend you are solving a problem, while all you are doing is switching things around, and changing the appearance. The net change remails nil.
I think the only successful USCIS has done is the INFOPASS, and even then, why did they take them so long? We are in 2004 not 1994!
