Has anyone heard that the chance of haveing an amnesty is coming soon? I heard from a friend of mine who has connections in Brazil that this is going to happen. It hasn't happened in a long time and is overdue. We want to create a global nation.

From what I have read, Brazil has periodic amnesty programs. Could this be what your friend is talking about?

When I say create a global nation, I am saying that I think it would be great to have one world where everyone would help support each other. Instead of seperation of countries we should be able to travel the entire world without fears. Yes, I know this is naive thinking but still very optimistic and hopeful.

does amnesty apply to people under deportation or just illegal or out of status people ???
