My wife is awaiting AOS. Due to behavioral problems that cannot be solved, she has decided to return her 17-year-old daughter to the child's father in Russia.
My wife and her daughter came to the US in the summer of 2001. We are due for AOS interview sometime in the next three or so months, based on rumored processing times. The daughter is currently living with us.
The daughter refuses to leave.
What avenues are available to us in regard to getting the child back to Russia? Please do not mention counseling.
