considering that tax fraud is a crime, yes, he is a criminal for violating Title 26 of the Federal Statue.
However, his undoing what not because of Sprint, it was because of his own actons. Failing to pay child support, failing to pay alimony, failing to withhold the required federal, state, and FICA taxes, failure to report all income and expenses accurately, and failing to disclose certain information to the state courts of him hiding assets within a business organization. It was not done by her, but by him and no one else. You cannot place blame on anyone on this except the one who made the decisions to do those things.

Actually just before I permantly moved over he was in jail for attempting to kill his brother.Assault with a deadly weapon. HIs brother wouldn't testify in end, so DA dropped it, and judge ordered him to go to anger management, but like many others, he didn't go.
I was stupid enough to believe his side of things, as I only heard one side of story and what he wanted to show me.
It seems violence runs in his family. How stupid I was.

You had the opportunity and the freedom to do that too.

At the very least, I think you should consider moving to a forum that's less stressful for you. Perhaps the OP's one, where you'll find more people who have gone through what you have and will understand a great deal better and be a lot more sympathetic.

Not Because He Is My son. HE IS ULTIMATE CUTE!!!! I Always Tell Him, Be So Very Proud You Are Half Filipino! Gave You Awesome LOOKS! My Son Stealing Hearts Of Women Already! I Am currently searching For Tracking Device in Case Some Strange Woman Runs Off with him!

I would also probably try and steal him. I work with small children and run a creche (daycare) two mornings a week. I've gotten quite attached to all of my little ones and would be quite happy to take them home with me. I love wee ones. They're so unguarded and innocent and have their whole lives ahead of them. What you teach them now will impact them forever, and I don't think that teaching him to hate women is the best thing you can do for him, DC. It could have some far-reaching consequences.
And I didn't say a shrink. I said a counselor. Two different animals, at least they are in New Zealand.

Perhaps I got the wrong end of the stick then, DC. The whole 'you might be a bad girl' thing indicated you were imprinting your experience on to him and believe me, I know the harm that can do. Us grown-ups have choices, and we can decide things for ourselves. Our young don't have the life experience to be able to make those choices and they are are so easy to damage without us even realizing it. I see it all the time with my work and I have first-hand experience with my ex and my sons as well.
I do love my job. I certainly hope I can do something similar once I move, though at first I'm pretty much going to take anything that comes along. We've incurred so much expense, not even so much from the costs of immigration, medicals and travel to appointments and interviews (the cost to get to the interview and medical cost twice as much as the visa fees for all three of us!), but also from paying a mortgage and utilities here in New Zealand for me and the kids, as well as rent and utilities for him in the US as well, and now we've bought a house in Vegas, there's another mortgage to contend with. Though the financial side doesn't even matter as much as the fact I miss my husband so much, the day I move can't come fast enough ... although Michael will probably still jump in to call me a fraudster.
