The first thing my husband and I did when we began the process was to investigate it thoroughly, to visit immigration forums, peruse the USCIS and State Deparment websites, read as much information as we could, talk to other people and educate ourselves about everything we would be going through. According to you, the 'fraudsters' do the same, so why couldn't you? You had the opportunity and the freedom to educate yourself, and your failure to do so is nobody's fault but your own. You failed on many levels in your dealings, frankly. On what planet does one think it's a fantastic idea to pay for a house that's not even in his OR his wife's name?
As for Michael - your words are somewhat hypocritical given your past history on this forum, where you've deemed almost everyone a fraudster and gotten abusive at regular intervals.
