As has been said already, until you reach 18 years of age, you are not in any trouble. You are not responsible for your parents actions by them bringing you to the US illegally as a child. If you are wanting to sort this out so you can be in the US legally you will need to first leave the US before you turn 18.

A country of 300 million people needs a way to stay "United". This is where our goverment comes in, it rules (or controls) by protecting our basic rights and freedoms. We have laws that are "Federal" and laws that are "State." Immigration laws are Federal.
The government is broken down into 3 major branches of government.
Judicial: Court Systems
The Supreme Court is the highest court in the land. If a person disagrees with a court decision in a state court they can appeal that decision to higher courts and possibly all the way to the supreme court. The Supreme Courts answer is final.
The Legislative Branch: Congress (House of Representatives and Senate).
They make laws, set federal budgets and determine where our tax money will be spent (they do a lot more but this is a short version)
Then we have the Executive Branch: The President.
The way our government works, no one Branch can dominate the others. It is called a system of checks and balances that keeps it running without one branch taking control.
Say Someone12 was the President, Hm, you were the legislative branch and macyuhoo was the court system. You and Macyuhoo would keep Someone 12 in check. You could take the power out of his "wind" altho he is FREE to speak.
Citizens VOTE for the people holding these offices in Washington, DC, hoping they go up there and represent the will of their people in the state that sent them.
This may be more than you wanted to know but the short answer is Yes, they do control us (but not in a tyranical or imperial sense). And, INS, ICE etc. are federal agencies.

You don't seem to understand. There are over 12 million of you in this country! You are far too young to understand how this impacts the US Citizen, the Legal Resident, that tax payer !!! You won't be living here like a regular American like you state, because soon you will want to get a part time job, a driver's license, etc. How are you going to do this?
