I was simply born on BAhrain (one of the call in group II countries). I was and am neither a national or a citizen of Bahrain

I am an indian citizen and so have been my parents from birth

Unde the circumstances do i have to register? Is anyone else in the same boat? please advise

Well, Canadian citizens born in the countries listed have had to register (which I think is totally ridiculous) but yours sounds like the same kind of issue.

You dont have to register, simply because you are not a national of a country that was asked from the list. Your birth in a different country didnt get you the citizenship? did it?

No it did not, and besides neither of my parents were born therer. They jsut happne to be therer since they were temporarily working in that country.
