Hi, I am very confused as to what to do since our interview is very close and since we have look thru some experiences, we are terrified of what the result would be since we have a very complicated case.If anyone can help us guide thru, it would be appreciated.

My husband and I have been married since october, 2004. I am an usc and i have filed for my husband thru k-3 visa. the I-130 appication has been approved. Our interview is in a week.

Now the problem is that my husband had overstayed in united statates for almost 3 years. He had come to usa first time on business visa and had left according to his date of departure. Second time he came, he also came on business visa and had an extention and later changed his status as student. He went to school for one semester and dropped out since he could not afford it and had no financial support. once he dropped out, he started working illegally. we met thru a mutual friend, dated for 3 years and had decided to get married. once we got married, we decided that it would be best for him to leave willingly and i would file for him so he left in november, 2004. Since then it has been almost 2 years since our application has gone thru a lawyer and now we have recieved our interview date but are panicked as if we would have complications due to his histroy. how should we prepare and should we start working on a waiver before interview?
