I-94 expires August 25th. When could I return and for how long...

Hi I have a B1/B2 Visa (10 years) and I´m venezuelan with residence in Europe.

I would like to come back this year as soon as possible...I wonder if with the new immigration-laws or regulation this is possible

You can file for an extension of your stay.However, you have to justify it,your itenerary,who is going to finance your stay here, how will you survive.
You can come back soon.However, the INS inspector
might be suspicious of you returning right away to the US instead of staying in venezuela.Unless you have a compelling proof or reason to stay here this fear of denial or deportation will always be in your head.Good Luck!
