Has anyone recently recieved there k-3 visa through the nebraska office how long did it take before you recieved the visa. Anyone able to give me a timeline. Also does anyone know if there is anyway to hurry process along if you are married to us milatry

You can check the processing times for the I-129f in Nebraska and that will tell PART of it. I've not seen many people doing K-3's on here. You'll fine a lot more on www.immigrate2us.net.

My bro filed I-129F in Sep 2003. he got a I-797 in october 2003..his family got first letter to prepare documents and interview in jan. 2004 and they got k3/k4 in march 2004 valid for 2 years.

Nebraska does not process the I-129F petition for the K3/4 visa for the spouse/child of a US citizen. That is done from the MSC/NBC. Nebraska processes the I-129F for fiancées and their children, the K1/2 visa.
