I sent in my AOS forms a while ago and never recieved my EAD. I never knew that I should have had one within 90 days until I found this forum. So I resent the I-765 (the EAD form) with the fee again. I just got my reciept (no EAD) from that saying that I have to wait for another letter to take my fingerprints again. The problem is that I just took them in May and have the interview coming up in July. Why do I have to do this again? Is it a mistake? Any experiences?
