I've been search the net for a few days now for examples of I-601 that have been denied or more importantly approved, but keep coming up empty. Does anyone have first hand knowledge that they would like to share with us?

I see post about people who think they are going to need one (like me, re: illegal wife) or others that do need one...but nothing about the results of their I-601 or importantly, what type of hardship they were trying to prove....

We're in the same boat. I'm wondering too.

Usuallly Medical Hardships to your spouse.
Financial hardships some what.
If your spouse is pregnant.
Can be many others.

Best Option: Write your local congress Man to support Bills ( Please read Mr. JuJu' message under header "Support Return of Fairness to Immigration Laws")
