I will be applying for aos based on marriage to a U.S citizen. Problem is, although I have a birth certificate, the name on it is not the same as the one I have used my entire life! My name was changed as a child and due to certain circumstances there is no record of the name change. Any ideas as to what I can do in this circumstance? How do I prove who I am?!

I had similar situation … get a notarized letter with stamp that both person are same and that’s it…good luck…Pasha
