I am requesting that this poster - dcwtech - be strongly reprimanded, if not altogeter banned for violating this forum's rules regarding racism and plain decency.
For instance, these two threads just show what this person's intentions are all about. His life supposedly got wrecked by his wife from the Philippines, but intentionally or not, he is lambasting a whole country who has done nothing wrong. Both my parents come from that country and I'm taking offense with this poster who is including all the people from that country by presenting a very negatively skewed picture of the Philippines. I already answered that post and attempted to explain that he have wrong information about the Philippines, and yet, he continues to make disparaging remarks about Filipinos as if the whole Philippines should be made to look bad just because he's got a low-life wife who happen to come from that country.

This poster is the only one that I've seen who said that the RACE/COUNTRY of his ex-spouse are full of manipulative/deceitful people, and attempts to warn the other Americans. Other people in this forum have the same problem as him, some have even worse situations than him, and I never got the impression that they are trying to put their ex-spouse's race, knowing fully well that the country of their ex-spouses have nothing to do with their spouse's manipulative ways. I can recall Klinus, Mike328, SeanPatrick, NeedHelpVictim, etc. and they have limited their discussions to their ex-spouse. There was Farrah's Thoughts who mentioned that her immigrant husband (the one she was having problems then) was from Nigeria but NEVER mentioned anything negative about Nigerians.

I have to say though, what you are talking about should not come down to a country, but a person or people. You can't generalize a nation due to experiences that you have through with a few.

This person not only continues to cast negativity (based upon false premises) upon a nation that has done nothing wrong to him (but has the misfortune of having SUPPOSEDLY someone from the Philippines wreck his life) but is hitting below the belt by saying these things to people here in ILW who have done nothing but help other people who come here in ILW.
Carribeanman, as most people in ILW would know, has been helpful and had never put down any person or race. From posts/conversations with him here in ILW, he had been helpful to me as well.
Sprintgirl, as most ILW members know, has also been helpful to most, and had even spearheaded a project to help the abused. She and my friend (the reason why I had been led to the ILW in the first place) have the same situation and I know the sufferings of an abused spouse (Parenthetically, my friend's husband is a Caucasian US citizen, but I certainly don't generalize that all men who are white are like my abused friend's husband since my husband is the same color as him but is definitely his opposite. I am proud to say that my husband personifies the qualities of a person who is open-minded and definitely not a racist.)
Speed is being presented as a woman who would prostitute herself just to be able to marry a rich, tan US citizen. (For those who don't know Speed, she grew up in the US and definitely did not get to be a US citizen because she married a US citizen.) If this were not a forum and these kinds of remarks were made, this poster would have been in jail for slander. How dare somebody make a remark to a member here in the ILW, he doesn't even know Speed, her circumstances, much less her real first name.
This poster made a sweeping apology to everybody afterwards, except of course to Speed - why - because she has some Phil. ancestry in her. This poster brings all the members of this forum down because it provides instruction about the immigration process and helps those wishing to legalize their situation. I can't accept the hypocrisy of him claiming that he's the TRUE American and the rest of those who are helping the immigrants here are being un-American. I am requesting again for dcwtech to be penalized not just for being a racist against people from the Philippines but also for insulting a member of the ILW who has done nothing to him. Dcwtech called Mrs. B. a double-timing deceitful person WITHOUT ANY BASIS. This is just TOTAL DISRESPECT to a person who has done nothing wrong to him. Even Sprint said that it's absurd for him to say that Mrs. B. doesn't know the Philippines. He even questions why Mrs. B. is here in the US as if he has control over who should go to the US and who should not. Lately, he came to the forum with another login ID - Makeitight (trying to make it appear to those who were unaware that he is a different person). I'm posting again, not just to request for a reprimand against this poster for violations of forum standards, especially standards of DECENCY, but I'm posting to ban this poster for being utterly offensive.
Another reason for this request to ban this poster is to maintain the high and ethical standards of this forum which has lately been mocked by incessant postings in different threads and under different names, with the same intent of putting down a country. (This poster feigns ignorance of his acts by claiming that he is supposed to be warning the American people against the Filipinos. As Speed said in quoting him, he said that he "could not believe that an entire country could be bad," "80% of them are bad," etc.
His posts have gotten so bad that members of this forum who are NOT from that country had told him in no uncertain terms that he is a racist and he is intentionally trying to upset people.
