Hi:

I received my N400 internview letter yesterday. The letter does not ask me to bring my tax return copies, however, to be in the safe side I will take those with me. Are the photo copies I made before filing tax will do or I need to get "official" copies from IRS? What is the procedure to do that? File 4506 (probably requires $39/yr) or 4506-T?

Thanks.

Your copy will do, It will be safe to get the copies from IRS.

What are the documents you have enclosed with your N-400, will you please post on board. Thank you.
I have posted this question on board and I don't think any one has any information.

With my N-400, I think my lawyer submitted copies of my greencard and pictures only. However, I will double check with her and update if additional documents were attached.

Thanks.

what I did, is went to my local IRS office and asked them to print IRS summary for the past 5 years - they did it right on the spot without any problems for me (and FREE). Each year was 5 pages long (I file full blown itemized joint returns).
