Hi, I'm a Czech citizen visiting with my US bf here in the US and got a job offer that I'd like to accept. My B2 visitor's visa allows me stay legally in the States till Sep 16. My question is, can I file for extension of stay on my current status while waiting for the H 1B visa?
Do you think that with Premium Processing there's a chance it will all be done in time - DOL, USCIS...?
