Just for the record, I was not advocating fraud before and I have specifically called people out on this board who indicated they were going to commit fraud. That is the reason why I declined to explain how to create hardship, I don't want to give anyone any ideas.

My earlier comments were only in reaction to another poster's disbelief that someone from Mexico could lawfully reenter the U.S. after a prior EWI. The question was how could someone quickly get permission to reenter the U.S. after being deported to Mexico. My answer only illustrated that it is commonly done, but unfortunately often involves less than honest lawyers, doctors, and U.S. citizen spouses along with the alien.

That the answer was fact based and not advocacy of deception could have been more clear on my part. Hope this clears it up.
