my husband's TN visa is expiring in dec. 2007. can we apply for the renewal in june or july 2007.

why not? This is a question... my TN expires in September but I am thinking of renewing this month. would that be ok? Also do we have to say something different in the employment letter this time like indicating this is an extension of employment or just simply change the date??
