and immigration court is civil matter ..he's not a criminal until they prove it.he's innocent until proven guilty..thats the bottom line ..if he did it and they can prove it ,,then it's over..he will be deported ..but we dont know details ..so iam not going to judge

Well I am going to judge. Yes he is not "criminally convicted" of the smuggling charge but he can still be deported without it. A nondesirable alien is subject to deportation at the discretion of the AG and an arrest for alien smuggling is not considered a desirable act. We should not waste our money putting this monkey through the expense and trial and then deport him. Deport him and save lots of money.

Yes and then the taxpayers can collectively raise his 5 year old son at even greater expense if he goes into foster care.

I need to say something everyone, I don’t think he will never leave his son behind. He will take his son. However, we don’t want him to do so. The kid is an us citizen and all of us are American citizens as well. My cousin has join custody of the kid and this will be something that we need to look up. I am pretty sure the kid’s mom is not going to let him go with his dad neither. So, the problem will be the custody of the kid. I can assure you that we will never ever let the kid go to a foster home. Also for your information he has being a legal resident since ’92 and every single year he has paid taxes, social security, etc. So, I think he is entirely to have a fair treatment.

About the kid he will be in alot of problems if he took that kid and the mother is against him doing so and even more so he is a US citizen.

The kid will have more problems if he stays. It is a well known fact that children of illegal aliens and criminals are usually tortured, beaten and s e xually assaulted.
