This week i got my I765 (EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION).
My I485 is still in process, and i received I-131 travel document. Can I leave USA now for two weeks and come back safe to America. Can I have any problems crossing the border to USA?

It's ok to travel on I-131 hope you will not be called for I-485 interview, during your ywo weeks time.

If you have been out of status for more than 181 days before you filed your application, it might not be a good idea to go. The document clearly states that. Good luck !

I had H1B visa before. Can they stop me on the border and start ask questions about my last job?

If you were in America on H1-b, and didn't work for the sponsoring company, then you were out of status. The officers at the port of entry can ask questions regarding your immigration history.

Everytime you enter US with a AP (I-131) you are pulled aside for a "secondary inspection" They do ask questions about your employer, what you do, how long you have been with the employer, on what visa you entered US for the first time, etc.

Visit "asylum" forum on www.immigration.com, search for "RTD" threads or post your question there.

Good luck,
