Pls. advise if anyone has applied for work permit when their case is under Appeal I694. How long the process take n whre to send it.

The work permit will be approved provided you have an open case. The address to send it to is in the instructions. Takes about 3 months or there abouts.

Still have an open case, as appeal is pending. Under wht catagory should we put in for question# 16. As in instructions, there is no mention of any classification for the people who r applying under appeal (I 694). Pls. advise. Would appreciate it.

Well, I called USCIS 800#, they don't know wht code to use n told me to check with the legal advisor or attorney. I spk. to my attorney's legal assistant n she said to use the same category used for lulac renewal's, i.e., C 22. I guess tht's wht I should use. Any suggestions.

See the instruction of I-765, Page 2. You will find all the codes there. You should pick one according to your case.

Under the CSS/Newman settlement agreement, it stipulates that the USCIS shall renew the EAD’s of any applicant while their case is still pending. That includes an appeal.

But you should already know, the settlement agreement was written on a sheet of toilet paper, and was flushed down the toilet.
