Has anyone ever filed a G-639? If so, what sort of information would be released pertaining to a closed case. What is of particular interest are references, notes, or letters sent to USCIS or ICE by individuals pertaining to the person's residency application. If there are any items with disparaging comments or allegations of wrong doing are those likely to be released to the person to whom they pertain to?

In this case the outcome wasn't as tragic. But the results hoped for will hang an attorney out to twist. Wasn't even directly involved in the case. The result of arrogance, entitlement, and stupidity. What goes around comes around. It always does.

As long as we can get the scent of wrong doing, that's all we need since we have the other half of the picture. Base on what you received it looks like we'll get enough, thanks.

EGO!, I have power over you. I can make you disappear if I want. Bow to me or else! Or sometimes just revenge. Often third parties who are aware of the precarious nature of an adjustment of status decide to interfere with letters or calls making claims of fraud hoping an allegation has enough credibility to be bought.

Or worse, when they are acting in concert with an attorney in an indirectly related case attempting to use it to manipulate a person. Those are especially priceless.

unique, notes are not kept in the A file. An officer's working notes are not maintained at all.
