Hubby's SS card came Saturday, "for work with INS authorization"

I figured it wouldn't hurt to try to get his learner's permit, as you MUST show SS card to Mass Registry of Motor Vehicles. I told him it is an American tradition that the DAY one legally can get their l.p., they get it. I got mine on my 16th birthday. Took the day off from school, as tradition. We were gonna hold off due to the expense, but I insisted.

He bounced out of the RMV, he was so happy! Me too, I am so sick of being the chauffer (sic).

People are always asking questions about drivers licenses.

In my state you MUST have SS card to get license. His is for work only. I thought this might be a problem. It wasn't.

So I am letting people how it works in my state.

I know few people give a **** about our life. My intent for the post was not talk to about our life, but to help others and keep posted the few who do care. I have already replied to a post today about drivers licenses.
