I came in USA with mother & sister. My mom has married american man, but he hasn't filled out any paperwork for us & doesn't plan to. Can I file for permanent residence by my self or could somebody else sponsor me.My sister is 15 ye., & she is in school, but I turn 21 ye. on november, 5th & I am not sure what to do next.Could anyone help me, please? I would really appreciate this.
