My company is sponsoring residence based on employment (H1B1 since 2000) I plan to marry on Nov my wife will become H4, I think by July2005 we acn fill I140+1485 and two months later we can get the EAD.
I know I need 6 months portability before switching employee (if I decide to do this).
My question is: Does my wife who holds H4 but has received the EAD need to find sponsor to be H1B1 to stat working or can she work as H4 +EAD?
