I started my case as asylum, the judge decided v.depart. without appeal 2001.I did appeal. After 2 years I got married. Then I did I130,I485.They denied my motion to reopen. Then I did N.Circuit.The Citizenship approved my married in 2004.But the Hom.Security local send me yesterday letter, setting day for me to be deported with ticket payed for the Governament. The Ninth Circuit did not received copy with this letter, because they just send it for the local General Attorney in this city. It's like bet.me and the local office. If I decide go to other state and live illegal what is going to happen to my husband because he is american, I don't want live the country, but I don't want lose him. They told me if I leave, I may receive my green card in 02 or 3 or 10 years bar.I'm desesperate.Because I have house, job and I work around 16 hrs./day.And I have nice life with my husband.
