(c) Effect of pardon by appropriate U.S. authorities/foreign states. An alien shall not be considered ineligible under INA 212(a)(2)(B) by reason in part of having been convicted of an offense for which a full and unconditional pardon has been granted by the President of the United States, by the Governor of a State of the United States, by the former High Commissioner for Germany acting pursuant to Executive Order 10062, or by the United States Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany acting pursuant to Executive Order 10608. A legislative pardon or a pardon, amnesty, expungement of penal record or any other act of clemency granted by a foreign state shall not serve to remove a ground of ineligibility under INA 212(a)(2)(B).
Just read this and than tell me whether it wouldn't just be better for me to put a bullit into my head.
I can't even apply for a pardon to get that citation out of my life. Please somebody tell me tell that I am reading this wrong!

Everybody please note, SOM is calling me a s.c.e.w up!! .
Ha ah; you don't even understand the expression "on the up and up". That is actually a good positive thing. You really are the definition of a s c r e w up. Need some bullets ? What a waste of a life.

To be honest, I don't know. But, it wouldn't be good anyway - even if I would be able to obtain one in Germany. It has to be issued by a US official.
See >>A legislative pardon or a pardon, amnesty, expungement of penal record or any other act of clemency granted by a foreign state shall not serve to remove a ground of ineligibility under INA 212(a)(2)(B).<<
But, I did contact the German Consulate in NY. I also contacted the State Department responsible for Executive Clemency. I'll see what I hear from them - if I ever do that is.
My feeling however, is that they will tell me that they can't do anything because it happened in Germany.
At this point in time I feel like the Captain of Kopenick..., if you are not familiar with this, he was an imposter that became world famous. The government drove him into becoming an imposter, because of laws that just didn't make sense forcing him to take matters into his own hands. He went to a drift shop and got himself a Capitains Uniform and started comanding the Kaiser's Regiment.
Kaiser Wilhelm pardoned him...

OK, I have a question! Does working for the U.S. Army as a civilian count as (sort-of) having served?
Does anybody know anything about that?
I used to work for the U.S. Army in Germany - therefore actively supporting the U.S. Army. Could this be construed into something positive and support me with my immigration issue?

Ha, ha - this is so funny! You're stupid, like really stupid!
How am I going to upload a video after I put a bullit into my head? SOM, logic is not your strong side....you need a new job. Lawyering without logic is a sitting duck!

In 1934, the Unites States Supreme Court held that due process is violated "if a practice or rule offends some principle of justice so rooted in the traditions and conscience of our people as to be ranked as fundamental".
Supposed I go out and tell some Americans that a German Court, after blocking my appeal, issued a Summary Judgement, and thereby siding with the prosecutions request to enter the citation as requested and to never listen to what I have to say.
What do you think? Is that a direct violation of due process?
