Hi everybody,

we had our interview a month ago. At the end of it, the officer said that will further review our case.
No word from INS since.

Anybody got an idea how long this takes and how long to wait before we go to a senator or congressman with the request to inquire into the status of our case ?

Can you tell us yours AOS based on what, what did they asked you in the interview?

Newinhere...I had my interview in Chicago on June 15....The offical said that she need more time to review the case. The decision will be send out witin 90 days, but I should received the mail a lot less than 90 days. I have not recevied anything yet. The wait is so frustrated!

Did you consult with any attorney about your cse?If yes, what is their advise?
