I dont think just yet. I am watching the Senate Floor live on CNN and they are still voting.

Btw, is it always like this in the Senate? People wandering about while casting the votes and talking? In my country everyone is sitting politely in their seats. And noone votes the old fashioned way. Everyone presses buttons and the votes come in electronically. Like in 21 century...
