I have B1 visa valid in 10 years. But now I am going to attend an training course in US but they request me to get J1 so I did. On the J1 visa is said 2 year restriction applied. Can I use my B1 after coming back to home country and go to US again after 1 month.
Thanx in advance

As far as I know, you can only hold one status at a time. So your B1 is probably void since you're on J1 visa now.
If that's the case, you can always re-apply when you go back to your home country. However, the time you spend abroad will be deducted from your 2-years requirement.

I had the impression that you meant going back to your home country after your training course. My previous reply was according to this assumption.
However, if you meant going back for a visit while you're still on J1 visa, you can come back with your J1 visa. If you don't have a visa stamp on your passport, you'll need to obtain one in your home country before coming back here. Don't forget to bring the relevant document such as your IAP-66.
