why do they make it so hard to obtain a working visa..my fiancee is trying to come here from canada and immigration is giving her a hard time..can anyone advise us what we an do to get around all this..She has been offered a job here in the states but it dosent follow in there job guide lines..if anyone can help us please respond to this..ty ..
