Brit, who loves his NHS care, is apparently looking forward to a free s.ex change operation.

This is unbelievable. You sure this is from a reliable source and not a National Enquirer counterpart?

Check the link for yourself. It is from an advocacy group for trans-s.exuals not a news site or the press. However the original story did come from the Electonic Telegraph, a reputable newspaper.

Yes it is true, some people can get a s-ex change on NHS.
It isn't easy, they have to go through many years of counseling, hormone treatment and many other things before NHS will say yes. NHS have to be 100% sure that the person really wants/needs it.

It is also covered here in the US under Medicaid. Some States allow it.

I am not going to get the info for you, google it Smile

I think it is called s-ex reassignment surgery over here. NY State allows it, or did.

Some info about changes in NY State:

I think this is what SOM went in for last night. (the big announcement) But as he said, they had technical difficulties. Apparently they couldn’t find the parts they needed to change.

The only thing un-American about America, is the USCIS.

It was brit who said he enjoyed being able to go to the UK for medical care and now we know why. He will get his d.ick cut off for free rather than having to pay for it in Thailand where his boyfriend got his done.
