I received my Advance Parole document yesterday (I filed on Nov 2 2006). I'm very excited and would like to travel back home to Canada. My passport still has my maiden name on it and my immigration paperwork has my married name. Will this be an issue when I go to reenter the US? I know they should have my maiden name if they look me up in their computers. I can also bring my marriage certificate....just wondering how much of a hassle I should expect.
