Went to I130 interview and was asked for more information to prove bonafide marriage by beginning of year. Has anyone gone thru this and what were the results? They also want to know the dates on the information we provide. We are both students and live with my parents and have little to show comingling of funds. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Get a letter from your parents saying that youre renting a room from them or something also you can open a joint banking account, have family/friends write an affidavit stating the they know about your marriage an it was entered in good faith.

What sort of questions did they ask? Were you interviewed together or seperatly?

You'll need pictures, statements from friends, teachers, and relatives. Basically things that show them you two were together as husband & wife. Your trying to disprove the marriage was to get a GC is the idea.

You voted democrat. This country is not worth sneaking into any more.
