My girlfreind of four years and my 2 year old daughter are both American citizens , I have overstayed a tourist visa in the US twice (both 6 months).we have all lived in my home country(England) for 14 months but wish to move back to the states permenently.Any suggestions are greatfully recieved.

did u overstay, by 6months, if so you are subjected to a 10 year ban and your only choice would be either waiting the 10years or make plans for your girlfriend and child to stay in the UK

Ban is:
More that 180 days 3 yrs
More than 360 days 10 yrs
Less than 180 days, no ban but you may be denied entry, so you better clear things out before you take the plane.
