Today I rapped up my trial in Superior Court of California annulling my marriage based on inducement to fraudulent marriage solegly to gain U.S. Immigration benefits.
Yes, the Judge ruled in my favor.
Judge's decision: she found he married me with no intention to stay marriage, he continued to have relationships with other women during the marriage, he did not introduce me to his immediate family members throughout marriage, he left the relationship 10 days after learning of the U.S. Immigration green card approval, and she found he solely married for the U.S. Immigration status benefit.
The Judge's decision will be in the mail to us both next week, and I'm off to the U.S. Immigration local office with the State of California decision of IMMIGRATION MARRIAGE FRAUD, which the Judge stated was clear and convincing evidence of immigration marriage fraud.
There you have it!!!
