I made the mistake of downloading form I-751 from this site. Filed it with $145 check, got a letter from INS stating this form is out of date and a new fee is $200. My petition was rejected because of it.

ILW.COM........YOU ****!
Just link your site to INS and this issue will not happen!!!

That was your mistake.

You should have asked for BCIS to mail you the forms for free at BCIS website. It takes just one week to get the actual BCIS forms.

It was my mistake to trust a website other than the offical INS site!

You can download the forms directly from INS's site, I suggest people do this, and not from ANY 3rd party sites

You should ask for the actual forms, not download and sending those pdf forms on BCIS site.

Do they really accept those forms for actual submission?

From what I've read the forms on the BCIS website that are available for download are perfectly acceptable. It has the revision dates that are acceptable.

Hi Doof,

Forms on ILW are as good as gold… problem occurred in your situation is you were not aware of new fee structure…. Starting from DCF to I -751 I used online forms only to submit to BCIS…

I downloaded my I 751 from ILW and no problem what so ever…. I got my NOA in less than 10 days … resend the application with correct amount of fee… Good luck… Pasha
