The thing is if your appliying for I-130 from overseas its more faster then from the US,but for K-3 visa you should apply after you will get receipt and it will take from 1-4 month. My husband applied for I-130 for me while we were in my country and it didnt took long time, but one of my freinds husband applied for I-130 from New York in October 2006 and they are still waiting. And you guys should keep calling to these places and also try to ask your congressman to help you with these situations.Thats what my husband did and on the way of my interview these people sent to consular the supporting letter.Good luck guys and i hope soon your nightmares will end.

Trent - today there is a new surprise on the process time status. CSC does not show I-129F status on their web site. Looks like now these cases will be processed at NSC because they are showing the status on their web site.

Does anybody knows what gonna happen if USCIS will keep moving cases and the new center will process cases as they get them? The way I see when Center transfer cases to other facility that means you are switching the lane. The way new technology works, it suppose to be quicker but this department going opposite. It is not beacause they want to, it is because it is not for the majority of citizens and they don't care.
I am sure if this was related to Paris Hilton or Anna Nichole the media could been all over the congress or USCIS. I sent a letter to my Senator and copied to CNN and FOX. I mentioned in the letter that I am not Paris Hilton or Anna Nichole who are ******* puppets but a respectable citizen, trying to make a honest living! Please help to understand citizens problems!
