Hudson pointed out that Nigeria has no Gov assigned position as a senator. The conclusion is that this person is a fraud. The accused made the assertion that the membership is comprised of Nigerians. A true Nigerian would have known of the nonexistence of a senatorial position. With her knowledge of the Nigerian country it can be assumed she is aware of this to. Therefor the accused is further admonished for race baiting and inciting hostility.

I do not think any legal forum would assist her. From the Federal Lawsuit, I saw no indication of legal counsel, albeit a detective firm of Sandra Jones is mentioned several times. Second, if she attempts to pull post this in a legal forum, I do know they will not find any amazement of her deplorable attitude. In Nigeria, they do not have Senators as members of their legislative government. Nor does she have any real proof, which is what is required, to prove anything. coming into an immigration board and citing "marriage fraud" will not work here nor will it work in any legal forum. They will, at best, ask her for direct proof, not hearsay.

Sounds fishy in that case.
Oh well, I wonder why she didn't change her last name in the first place if she despises her ex so much.

Doesn't necessarily mean much as it could be the webhost has their data center located in Florida. What I did find interesting was that I wasn't able to find out a great deal from the whois, which incidentally was modified just today (well, it's still today for me at least).

I have sent this correspondence to inform you of my intent to file a civil court case against American Immigration LLC and a number of the posters at one of ILW.com's discussion sites. Among the causes of action are the following allegations: violation of my constitutional right to speak freely; defamation of character (per quod); discrimination based on race and national origin; vandalism; blacklisting and coercion.

Attached is the letter that I faxed to American Immigration LLC, Friday, May 17, 2008.

Since the uploading of my first post, I have received a barrage of insulting remarks my members of the discussion group where I uploaded the post. Included is an interesting remark posted by a member named “iperson” that solidify and confirm my allegations:

Please note that I will also file a subpoena duces tecum to obtain the contact information for the posters who I will name as defendants, and the contact information for the poster “iperson” identified as “Beverly” who appears to have been a victim of soon-to-be-named poster/defendants.

If you are a controlling member of the American Immigration LLC or if you have a controlling interest in the subject discussion board, I would appreciate receiving a response from you. I can be reached at (718) 647-8370 or cuzamere.netzero.net if your wish to send your response by e-mail.

This correspondence represents a good faith attempt to resolve the tortious acts that were perpetrated against me by members of the subject discussion group, and against a black woman named “Beverly” if member “iperson” is telling the truth.

Please note that while my lawsuit against the named posters will demand a consider amount of money, my lawsuit against American Immigration LLC is for $1.00 so that the court can see that my lawsuit is based on principle. Since my forced removal from the discussion board by either American Immigration or the posters to the discussion board in question appears to be inevitable, I have nothing to lose by suing American Immigration LLC – not even a reputation.

I believe an expeditious response from you is in order.

Dear Mr. Siskind:

Thank you in advance for taking time out of your busy schedule to read my fax.

I contacted your office to file a complaint against the individual(s) who use(s) the name(s) “Bentonasia”, “Aroha and “Davdah.” I believe that this/these individual(s) post(s) messages that are meant to alarm intimidate, expose the victim to intolerable cruelty and to eventually coerce/extort for force the green card marriage victim's silence to protect the perpetrator against whom the victim has posted a complaint.

I file this complaint on reliance on the spirit of Title 18 U.S.C. §4, which states: “Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both”, and based on my unqualified (but logical) presumption that intimidating a crime victim is itself a crime.

While each governmental agency may have responsibilities related to other issues, the reporting of a felony is something each agency is legally mandated to do, pursuant to the statute mentioned above. This is even more necessary considering the threat of terrorism and the fact that the subject(s) of this correspondence intimidate(s) individuals who are attempting to have the law enforced.

I believe that since your company would immediately remove anyone who posts comments meant to alarm victim of the Holocaust, your company is tacitly condoning the perpetrators' behavior by not using the same screening process to weed them out to protect victims of immigration fraud.

I recently joined the discussions of your company's website. As a victim of a green-card-marriage scam, I immediately found both comfort and a way in which to exercise my civic duty to obey the law regarding the misprision of felony regarding my husband, Senator Ehigie Edobor Uzamere. 28 years ago Senator Uzamere used an fictitious name to trick me into marrying him and then employed the services of corrupt attorneys Allen E. Kaye and Harvey Shapiro to help him parlay his fictitious name into the real name he used to enter into a second marriage without first divorcing me.

Immediately after uploaded my first post, I received a condemnatory post from “Bentonasia.” Almost immediately after I responded to “Bentonasia” I received an even nastier post from “Aroha.” While typing this correspondence I also received an even nastier post from “Davdah.”

By the time this is posted on your website, I will have already contacted the following organizations: the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the United States Department of State and various politicians in whose councilmatic, congressional and senatorial districts I reside (names mentioned below). Additionally, in the event I file a lawsuit for the intentional infliction of mental/emotional distress, extortion and other causes of action, I will subpoena your records so that I can include “Bentonasia”, “Aroha” and “Davdah” in my lawsuit.

Please check the profiles of “Bentonasia”, “Aroha” and “Davdah” to find out if they have engaged in this type of behavior with other green card marriage victims. If they are not already here, the United States government must ensure that foreigners like these who resort to illegally intimidating U.S. Citizens are rendered persona non grata and never allowed to enter our borders.

While the First Amendment guarantees freedom of speech, no one dares use that freedom to subject the victims of the Holocaust to even one word of condemnation or insult. As a victim of a horrendous serious of crimes, I demand that your company gives me the same respect. Victims of any type of felony crime should not be further victimized by individuals who do not respect the laws of the United States.

I strongly suggest that your company not comply with the perpetrators' attempts to stop me from reporting the terrible crimes that Senator Uzamere committed against me. I would view my removal as both retaliatory and as a violation of my First Amendment right to report a crime.
