There is no need for me to comments on MAKEITRIGHT!'s post. It is enough that it was courteously written and with for the victim in mind.

Before I respond to Ms. Sprint_Girl07, please allow me tell you a few things about myself:
As I stated, my name is Cheryl Uzamere. My parents are Harry L. Duncan and Essie Kay Duncan. My father passed away almost two years ago.
My parents are both very intelligent, well-read individuals, a trait that was passed on to 10 of us children. While intellectual and scholastic abilities vary in all my parents' children, we were all blessed with the gift for words.
As for myself, I inherited the ability to speak -- in English, as well as Haitian Creole, French and Spanish. With that ability, I parlayed the gift into a lifelong desire to learn different cultures.
I have had the joy of learning several cultures. One of them is of course, my husband's culture.
In my opinion, Nigerian culture is very ethnocentric, as is the case with other African, Middle Eastern and Asian cultures. It is also incredibly male-dominated -- to the point that among some Nigerian tribes and other African tribes, female genital mutilation is required in order for a woman to marry (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n5QypK_0Ofg).
Such demands also include that an Nigerian or African woman in such a culture be docile, even-tempered and non-threatening in her actions towards her husband. Please search the YouTube website for other videos of female genital circumcision.
With that being said, I will now respond to Sprint_Girl07's statements:

My Response: There is only ONE side -- mine. Let me explain the legal rationale since you seem to be a bit uncomprehending.
The divorce action was served on Jack Gladstein (the divorce attorney) and Senator Uzamere on October 11, 2007. By November 20, 2007 neither Jack Gladstein or Senator Uzamere has responded to the complaint, therefore, they are in default.
As of now, I am awaiting a copy of the I-130 form (relative sponsorship) that I signed on November 28, 1979. The sponsorship form contains both my husband's real name, the alias that he used to trick me and my name and signature (see
http://www.thecrimesofsenatoruzamere.com/theproof.html.)Once that happens, I will then be in a position to ask the court to void the marriage between Senator Uzamere and Iriagbonse Irowa. After that, I will be able to file a complaint against him with the IRS. The IRS will follow up by contacting the NYC Human Resources Adminstration, which will by then, have the exact amount of money he owes in child support.
Sprint_Girl07: I understand how the OP feels, however because of her retaliation on here.
My response: Retaliation is not illegal. Forming an ethnocentric hit squad to coerce and intimidate a person from disseminating the crimes of a person within the same ethnic group is both racist and illegal.
You don't like the fact that I "relaliated?" Step off. There is nothing you can do about it.
Your statement: Some of the other stories may have truth into it.
My response? Some??? Your shame that a member of Nigeria's political finest is a common criminal does not effect the veracity of my statement. The Nigerian community lack of acceptance of my complaint does not may what I've said any less true.

Girl, get a grip. Senator Uzamere is a ***. That I have exposed his wickedness as the cad he is is no more a problem for me than the fact that his public humiliation bothers you.
If you believe that I am wrong, then why have so many of you come to defend him? Why does he not defend himself and face me like a man.
Perhaps because he isn't -- after all, dogs have ***** too, but they aren't men.
